Henkel listed in worldwide ethical stock index

Excellent sustainability-performance confirmed

Henkel is among the original constituents of the Financial Times Stock Exchange Index for ethical investments (FTSE4Good) that launches on July 31, 2001.

To qualify for inclusion in this index, companies are screened according to how well they combine active corporate social and environmental responsibility with their business performance. Henkel is one of 17 German enterprises to have been selected for this ethical index. A total of 209 companies are listed Europe-wide.

The sustainability principle rated in this index has continuously developed at Henkel. The starting point was ensuring the ecological safety of products and production. Today, Henkel's sustainability strategy includes globally implemented management systems for safety, health, environment
